3D Machining
Utilizing Powermill CAM software, NextGen has the ability to handle large pieces of up to 160” x 90” x 42” with spindle speeds of up to 10,000RPM. All machines are equipped with FCS plates to ensure repeatability and accuracy throughout the entire machining process. Our unique continental shift provides coverage on our machines 7 days per week.
2D Machining
With our internal macro library for Lemoine CAM software, NextGen has the ability to quickly turn around any 2D work on our work pieces. Our equipment is equipped with FCS plates and FCS cubes to accommodate various setups.
Sinker EDM
NextGen has in-house carbon-cutting and sinker EDM for any complex geometries our work pieces may require.
Mold Making & Spotting
NextGen has 7-day coverage in our mold making and spotting department to ensure that our customers’ tight deadlines can be maintained. With our growing team of mold makers NextGen can offer a quick turnaround on repairs, engineering changes and new tooling.
Landing Support
Our team provides landing support through uncrating and inspection, preparations for texturing, engineering changes or repairs, and technical support at trials. Please inquire about our set pricing for these services.
